 Mass Lobby

Trans people's legal protections are fundamentally broken.

We need your help.

New guidance released by the government and EHRC is a mess, with the same exclusionary approach to trans+ people's everyday lives. They have made some concessions around trans-inclusive associations, and now suggest a 'don't ask, don't tell' approach to toilets - unless anyone complains.

We're all tired - but this isn't good enough, and we all deserve better from our anti-discrimination laws. Join us for our Mass Lobby for Trans Equality 1-4pm on 24th June 2026 in Parliament to see your MP and demand better.

Courts and tribunals are reaching a range of contradictory decisions about the rights of trans+ people in the UK after last year's FWS judgment - but one thing is clear: the legal framework just doesn't work any more.

Will you join us in pressing our politicians for better? A mass lobby is when lots of people ask to meet their MP around the same time, in Parliament, about the same issue. Our record-breaking lobby against the EHRC guidance last year helped stop them slipping this bathroom ban through quietly.

Now it's time to break the record again, and make sure the harm being done to all of us with this policy is impossible to ignore. We all deserve better from the law, and it needs to change.

We will give you briefing materials, guidance, and a friendly face to support you on the day - and together, we will push for a better future.

Use this form to invite your MP and sign up for the mass lobby, and we'll be in touch with more details:
