Volunteer with us
If you would like to volunteer with Trans+ Solidarity Alliance we'd love to hear from you!
We are a trans-led nonprofit organisation working to protect and defend the human rights of the trans+ community in the UK, working in partnership with cis allies and other organisations in the movement.
Right now, and for the foreseeable future, our work is focused on fixing the damage caused in 2025 and the Equality and Human Rights Commission's draft Code of Practice to the Equality Act that is under consideration.
We are a dynamic and responsive organisation - we do what works when it's needed - but our core approach to making change is a focus on political advocacy, campaigns and communications informed by deep policy & legal expertise.
We we would love to hear from you if you think you can help as we step it up for 2026. You can fill out an expression of interest below.

Opportunities may be suitable for you if you are able to either commit to flexible responsive work at short notice, or to independently working on a project over a period of time, or both.
We are looking for volunteers with specific areas of expertise who are happy to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, so this is a great way to learn more about other areas and work with disciplines that may be new to you. We are particularly interested in hearing from people with the following:
